Nina Daoud is the founder of Daoud Capital, a boutique education-based real estate firm based in Washington, DC. Trained as an educator, Nina Daoud is passionate about guiding clients to and through their dream of homeownership. She brings to the industry a level of detail, advisement, and counseling that enables her to simplify complex jargon to her clients, particularly first-time homebuyers. In addition, Nina is adept at identifying and addressing potential issues that may emerge throughout the process.

Prior to transitioning to real estate, Nina worked as a housing policy analyst for the federal government, where she surveyed the landscape of the housing market across the country. Her interest in real estate was piqued during this experience, which coincided with Nina’s purchase of her first investment property. Following this, Nina developed a passion around real estate as one of several ways that millennials can begin developing their investment portfolio. Her approach to working with clients involves providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions for themselves, and advocating for them as they navigate the process.

Nina is a native of Syracuse, New York and moved to the Washington, DC metropolitan area to pursue a Ph.D. at the University of Maryland. In her spare time, Nina enjoys kayaking, hiking, hot yoga, and volunteering with the local community as an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
